We’ll be back inside the Governor Adams Lodge for our annual Christmas Eve Candlelight Service hosted by Loon Mountain Ministry. We’ll have free cookies, hot cocoa, and hot coffee available for you to enjoy starting at 6:45pm, with the service beginning at 7pm.

811 Youth Shred Weekend
Every year, 811 Youth and Loon Mountain Ministry host our annual Shred Weekend. This weekend is a time to explore the mountain at Loon, learn new skills and tricks on our boards or skis, and grow in/start a relationship with Jesus. This retreat is open to all kids age 8-18.
Here's what the weekend looks like. We will be at Mountain Thrift & Coffee on Friday night for our retreat kickoff and at the mountain skiing and riding on Saturday and Sunday. We will be hosting on-hill devotions, spending time in worship, studying the Bible, and we'll be stoked to be together! Parents will be dropping off kids at the mountain and picking them up from the coffee shop each day.
PASSES: Each participant will need to purchase their own tickets through Loon's website (before they sell out) or use their existing season pass. Christmas Caroling
‘Tis the season to make a joyful noise, and we hope you join us for a festive night of caroling!
We will be meeting upstairs at the Woodstock Inn Brewery at 4:30pm. From there, we will disperse into groups to carol and deliver meals.
Make sure to dress warm and bring your singing voices!
2024 NH Highland Games Worship Service
Join us for a special worship service at this year’s NH Highland Games & Festival! This ticketed event is held inside the Concert Tent in the Loon Mountain parking lot. If you’re unable to make it to this special event, we invite you to join us for our regular 9am Coffee Shop Worship Service held at MTN Thrift & Coffee.

MTN Ministry Men's Retreat
Our Men's Retreat will begin with dinner on Friday night and end with Lunch on Sunday. The vision for the weekend is to provide time and space for men of faith to make meaningful connections with God and one another.
Meals, meetings and lodging will be based out of camp, but a variety of activities will be offered throughout the day on Saturday and could take you various places in the area. The cost of the retreat is $100/person and includes food, lodging and some activities. There may be additional costs associated with specific activities. Some activities (based on interest) include: hiking, biking, fishing, shooting, canoeing/kayaking, golf, cliff jumping and more!

The Single Track MTB Weekend 2024
The Single Track MTB Weekend is an action packed weekend focused on every kid taking their next step on a mountain bike and the next step in their faith! This year we will be spending two days riding downhill at Loon Mtn (Fri and Sun) and one day trail riding on Saturday.
*It's recommended that the kids can ride their bikes safely on the pavement and easy singletrack before this weenkend.
PASSES: Each participant will need to purchase their own lift tickets (and rentals if needed) through Loon's website or use their existing season pass. Loon requires front suspension and a helmet for you to ride downhill. Loon Mountain Ministry will not be responsible for providing tickets or bikes for kids. Lift tickets can be purchased online

811 Youth Missions Trip
We are traveling to Laconia, NH in the lakes region for a two night missions trip. We'll be helping serve the homeless at Isaiah 61 Cafe from Sunday evening, July 7th through Tuesday evening, July 9th!

Camp Berea Church Retreat 2023
Join Loon Mountain Ministry for our annual All Church Retreat To Camp Berea in Turner Maine. We take this opportunity as a church every summer to rest, recreate, enjoy one another and celebrate the work God is doing. All are welcome!
Housing: There are plenty of bunk style rooms for you and your family or you have the option of camping on the property
Food: Breakfast and Lunch are on your own. Dinners will be served potluck style so bring something to share! There will be access to a commercial kitchen for storage and food prep.
Activities: Relax on the beach, swim in the lake, get pulled behind a boat on a tube, knee board or water skis, play lawn games, wiffle ball or just take a nap!
Transportation is on your own.

Kids will be returning home (or to wherever they're staying) each night except for Friday night. We will be spending the night on Friday at the Boy Scout Cabin on Parker Mtn.

PASSES: Each participant will need to purchase their own lift tickets (and rentals if needed) through Loon's website or use their existing season pass. Adirondacks Service Trip
We are traveling to Saranac Lake, NY in the Adirondack Mountains for a two night service trip. We'll be helping with various work projects at High Peaks Church along with some mountain fun mixed in!
This will be 811 Youth's first "missions trip" and we are excited to serve this partner church. Registration will close on July 23rd. Register below!

"Not So Silent" Auction 2023
Save the date for Loon Mountain Ministry's "Not So Silent Auction"! This year's auction will once again be online AND in person! Online bidding begins Tuesday March 7th at 7pm and will conclude at the Auction Finale Party on Saturday March 11th inside the Governors Lodge from 6-8:30pm. Stay tuned for more details!

Christmas Services
Loon Mountain Ministry will be hosting 2 Christmas services this year! The first is our traditional Christmas Eve service at Loon Mountain and the second is a Christmas morning service at Encore Thrift and Coffee.
CHRISTMAS EVE - This service will be held inside the new Loon Mountain Kanc8 building! We will be under cover from the wind, but it will be cold, so dress accordingly. Inside the building we will have approximately 50 seats up front on the pavement for elderly/those unable to stand for longer periods. Everyone else will be standing on the snow behind them, so bring some good winter boots! We will kick off the night with the tree lighting and Christmas carol at 5:45pm. This will be followed up by our service starting at 6pm and finishing up no later than 6:45. Cookies and hot cocoa provided!
CHRISTMAS MORNING - This service will be a small and intimate service at Encore Thrift and Coffee on Christmas morning from 10:30-11:00

Ride Loon's 4-person gondola to Loon Peak summit. Enjoy a non-denominational Easter sunrise service, hosted by Loon Mountain Ministry, set against the backdrop of stunning mountain sunrise views.
Following the service, get first tracks down the mountain. Or load the gondola for a return ride down the mountain.

5:15–5:45AM: Guests load Gondola.
6:20AM: Sunrise Service by Loon Mountain Ministry
Following the service, guests are welcome to ride the Gondola back down to the base.
Guests with ski/snowboard equipment are welcome to ski/ride down a trail to the base—which will be designated by Ski Patrol.
Online Donation Required
A Sunrise Service ticket must be purchased online in advance by all guests (ages 3 & up). Proceeds benefit the Loon Mountain Area Community Fund and Loon Mountain Ministry. After purchasing online, guests will pick up their ticket at the PUB (pick up box) at the resort. Yes, tickets can be picked up at the PUB anytime following your purchase.

Every year, SFC (Snowboarders and Skiers for Christ) Camp is a time to explore the mountain at Loon, learn new skills and tricks on our boards or skis, and grow in/start a relationship with Jesus Christ. Men' Retreat
Join us for our annual Men's Retreat! The goal for this retreat is to inspire and equip men to faithfully love God, serve His kingdom and enjoy His creation. We're designing this weekend to achieve that goal by creating space for shared experiences, intentional fellowship and biblical teaching.
Meals, Meetings and Lodging will be based out of The Woodstock Farmhouse in North Woodstock. The retreat will begin with dinner at the farmhouse on Friday night. A Variety of activities will be offered throughout the day on Saturday. The retreat will end with LMM's Coffee Shop Worship on Sunday Morning.
The cost for food and lodging will be $55 per person.
Activities (based on interest) may include: Hiking, Biking, Fishing, Hunting/ Shooting, Rock Climbing, Canoeing/ Kayaking.

We'll be hiking the Tunnel Brook Trail up near Kinsman Notch this year for our annual hike trip. Huge thanks to Pine Line Outdoors for guiding us on a scavenger hunt throughout our hike!

Zip and Dip is going to be a little bit different this year as we will be attending Candia Springs Adventure Park in Candia, NH! We will be meeting in the Encore parking lot at 8:15 on the morning of July 15 and leaving no later than 8:30. We will be heading back to town and pickup will be at Encore at 5pm that evening. Registration fees will be paid in CASH or CHECK when dropping off on Thursday morning. Bring a packed lunch!
